NPC Ground runs a buyer-first model. We line up builders and investors who want land, then we go find owners who want to sell, and we connect the two. Here is exactly what that means for you.
Are you the one building on my land?
No, and we will never pretend to be. NPC Ground is a wholesaler. We put your land under contract and assign that contract to a builder or investor who closes on it. A licensed title company handles the money.
How do you set the offer?
We price to beat the cheapest comparable land that is actually for sale right now, then subtract our margin. You see the number you net, in writing, with no fees taken out of it.
What does it cost me?
Nothing. No agent commissions, no closing costs, no surprise deductions. The amount on the offer is the amount you walk away with.
How fast can we close?
Usually about three weeks, sometimes faster. We already have the buyer lined up, so there is no waiting for the market.

Select markets nationwide where new homes are going up, Texas included. If we cannot place your land with a builder, we tell you straight rather than making an offer we cannot stand behind.
